Our representatives have worked hard this year and the break is well desearved to spend time with family.
For your information.
The Company website will be closed as of December 15th 5pm P.S.T ( No orders will be accepted during this time.) We reopen for online orders Dec 31st 8 am PST to start shipping when the office reopens January 2 2019 .
Many of you will feel this is early to close , however it takes almost 1 week to completely shut down this company .
Please note: Your emails during the closure time will be returned in the order received once we reopen the 2cd ,this may be a few days time for your reply and we suggest checking the help or policies section for your answer.
If you have made an error on and order it will need to be canceled simply immediatly send an email the (subject line) to be (cancel order )with the (order ID number) and it will be attended to before shipment. We cannot add to orders or make any changes. No fees apply to orders not processed.
RE: All orders placed before closure will ship. Please check your spam for tracking numbers, if we have an issue with any order it will be delt with before we close. If you have an issue during closure such as need an exchange , incorrect item, defective items unfortunatly you wil need to wait until the Dec 31st to order exchanges . Your email with any concerning matter will be responded to in the order received once we return.
Incoming exchanges during the closure will be refunded on are return and the time frame we are closed is not counted as open days under the exchange policy. We cannot accept online exchange orders during this 10 day time closure, you will need to wait for us to reopen, which is why we post this closure 45 days in advance and ask you to order well ahead of your event.

At times we have to close to attend to customers orders do to a sudden high volume. This can be unexpected however we usually are only closed 2-5 days. We know its high season. This is the main reason we ask you to consider ordering 30 days in advance , then if we are closed for a few days you will still receive your order in time. We do not accept any orders during this time and disable the website from accepting orders, however you can save your choices in the cart or wish list. All staff are in the facility packing orders so phone calls and emails will not be answered until we reopen . Exchange orders will need to be placed when we reopen.
