We will wash, condition, flat iron and do a mid tease on a hairpiece that you ordered from us only. Photos will be taken for are records when we receive the item and when it is sent back to you. We will not work on altered hairpieces. If we feel the item is damaged beyond repair you will be contacted. 

By purchasing this service you understand we will do are best to restore the item, however we cannot perform miracles. 

Your item will be with us 1 week. Send original order ID number or copy of the original order with the hairpiece.
