Shipping terms

within the U.S.A.

We do not ship to APOs. No C.O.D.

We cannot change your ship method by request once your order is placed. If you make a mistake and wish to cancel text 530-515-0266 the order number and say cancel. This must be done immediately. Wait for response. Then you may simply reorder. If you choose an incorrect ship method and do not correct it, we will at times correct the error and charge your credit card the stated ship cost. We may also cancel the order and notify you to reorder with the correct ship choice.

Orders over 300.00 are insured and signature required. LOCATION WARNING. Please only ship to a secure location.

Choose insured on up to 2 items in check out if you are concerned. If you are concerned over 3 or more items please text us at (530) 515-0266 for a ship insured quote.

If we ship it to the address you gave us yet it returns you will have to pay to reship the item. We do not know why this happens at times. We do not refund shipping charges unless it is an error made by Cheerleaderhairpieces.

We have for 22 years suggested ordering 30 days in advance this is in case of a ship delay or you need to exchange an item.

We are not the Postal Service we can only track a package by the tracking number we email you.

Saturdays orders orders are considered as being placed on Monday.

Sundays orders will be applied to Tuesday.

Ship time frames depend on your location the time frames below are once an order leaves are facility. Time frames are average only. Weather can slow delivery.

We reserve the right to change shipping prices without notice. However the price will be seen in check out.

We may also ship VIA -UPS or Fedex at our discretion.

Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned (due to a wrong address and not resolved) or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Delivery signature: We reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery of any order. However, we usually only require signature on orders over $300.00. An email notification will be sent to you if a signature is required. If no signature is obtained and the package is returned to us, we will consider it refused by you. The additional charges stated above will then apply.

Packages delayed by any ship method service or stuck in transit or other, can take 30 days to resolve, depending on the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for technical difficulties that are out of our control; for instance, if the Internet or our Server or our goes down. Being an Internet business, this is out of our control and can disable our ability to serve you. This could cause delays in shipping or e-mails. We assure you that we always do our best to get your order to you by the time you state you need it. If a carrier claims they do not know the reason a package was returned to sender new ship charges will apply to reship.
