Please understand that by placing an order with Cheerleaderhairpieces you are agreeing to all policies and terms by checking the I agree box to order. It is your responsibility to read all terms. We only accept orders online. Communications are mostly Text.

To keep cost down as usual on item prices for everyone. We ask you to help yourself to find your answer below to any questions you may have. Most questions in the past 20 years have already been answered. We have a small staff that will be attending to packing & shipping this season , phone calls and emails will be answered within 1 business day . We do not change policies. Thank you for your Help in this matter.

Business office days are Monday - Friday . We are on P.S.T . We are Closed weekends.

 We reserve the right to raise prices when needed do to material costs and ship charges.

We accept Visa, master card, Discover. We accept business Checks over 500.00 however you will need to contact us to place an order. Checks are held for 10 days before an order ships. Cashiers checks will be accepted like cash. Expect a 2 to 3 week turn around time before shipping.

While we strive to keep all styles and colors in stock at times there are delays in manufacturing & shipping. We do not guarantee stock.


Number 1 Question is : Has my order shipped? Representatives do not have access to resent ship records. We send tracking to your email. As listed under the ship section in the menu, Please allow at least 10 mailing days before contacting us. Make sure you have added us to your email list. At times for various reasons you may not receive a tracking number. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you.  Thank you

We can offer you 10% off the order ( shipping not included in % ) . Payable to Orders do not ship until payment is received. Simply ( Text us ) Number is at the bottom of this page. This INFORMATION -The quantity, style and your team name along with the name that will be on the cashiers check. We will then reply to you with a 10% OFF coupon code and program your team name in the payment area for you to choose in check out. Then after you place the order online send in the payment and a copy of the order to

 Cheerleaderhairpieces po box 1161 Palo cedro, Ca 96073.

The pieces will be held for 7 days awaiting your Payment. After 7 days if needed for other orders they will be added to stock. Please wait until you are ready to place the order before contacting us.

INFO :BEING DENIED ORDERING/ DECLINE- security issues, Credit card issue. Your card will be declined if - You are not imputing the billing address for the credit card in the area requested. The name on the credit card needs to match. If that is all correct. Contact your bank they may feel the order is fraudulent. Do to security reasons if you have made several attempts to order and were declined , you will need to wait 24 hours before placing the order again.

  4. I received the wrong pieces/colors. How do I resolve this issue? - Press on the question and scroll down to order errors.
  5. The price changed on the item i wanted to purchase. - Sale items go off sale. Items rise in price. Sometimes we have a date if its a special but other times we do not. No time is a good time to raise a price but its always great when we lower the price.
  6. How do I get help choosing colors? - See color match Help in the menu.
  7. How do I cancel my order? Cancelations must be immediate. - Email your order ID number state you want to cancel the order. See policies for details. Email is at the pages bottom.
  8. Order error code when ordering. - Please check you are following all input directions. If problem continues contact your bank as sometimes they may feel its fraud. If issue will not resolve see contact in the menu to email the error code your receiving or issue.
  9. Can I use my personal shipping account ? - No sorry you can not .
  10. Color ring credit Info & return address. - Please allow 30 Business days from our receipt of the ring for a refund. Please see the bottom of the color ring instructions page for the return address.
  11. I noticed I made a mistake on my order. - You will need to cancel the order and start over. See Email a the bottom of this page include order ID and your Name.
  12. Can I add to my order already placed? - No, We suggest emailing us to cancel the order and reordering .See email at the bottom of the page include order ID and name.
  13. How do I return the color ring? - See color ring instructions in the menu for return address. Enclose invoice.
  14. Is this website Secure from credit card theft? - We only accept online orders. The website is secure. Notice the HTTPS: once you enter the cart.

  16. I have a retail licence, can I get a discounted price? - Currently we are Not selling wholesale
  17. Stock arrival Information - We post incoming stock for you to view in the menu see stock SECTION.
  18. I have emailed you but received any response.  - We respond within a day. You may be asking a question that is answered in this section. We may be closed see closures in the menu.
  19. I need to know what colors a certian hairpieces comes in. - Please print off the styles page for current color list. You can check color help in the menu.
  20. What are these hair pieces made of? - Synthetic pieces are all made of a plastic fiber. If you have allergies to plastics you need to order human hair.
  21. Youth vs. Teen in spiral Curls - Youth is approx. 7 inches long pulled, Teen is approx. 10 inches long pulled. Netting and attachments are identical.
  22. I received the wrong item - Please see order error in the policies section for directions. Calling or emailing slows down the process we will just direct you to the policies page.
  23. Do barrel curl ponytails fit both youth and teens? - Yes
  24. Can I get a demo to show parents? - No, You can exchange any order for style or color but not if it is been removed from its package.We no longer send samples of hairpieces due to abuse of that program.
  25. Can I return hairpieces or products? - We do not accept returns at all on any items, only exchanges
  26. How do I place an order by mail? - We accept Online orders only.
  27. Why do I not see the color I need under the style I want? - If the color is not listed, it is not available in that style.
  28. What is the difference between a scrunchie and a bun cover? - Bun covers totally cover your bun, scrunchies can do this but also can be blended with your hair, it's simply a ring of hair that you apply over your bun.
  29. I think my item is defective. - See defective section under policies in the menu.
  30. What are color rings? - Full rings of all colors available in a style made of the same hair as the hairpieces, so you can match your hair to our pieces before you buy a hairpiece.
  31. Can I cut a hairpiece to make it shorter or more layered? - Yes but we suggest a hair stylist who knows synthetics to trim it.

  33. Can I dye my hairpiece or use HOT TOOLS - Synthetics fibers- no. Human hair - Yes can be dyed however we do not suggest it as its been processed already. Once received by you its your choice to alter it and hold cheerleader hairpieces company not liable.
  34. My child had lice-can this hairpiece get lice? - Human hairpieces- Put hairpiece in a ziplock bag , remove air and let set for a week. Synthetics-Lice can get on the hairpiece but will leave it or die as the hairpiece is synthetic plastic fiber. Just put it in a zip lock bag a few days and then shake it out.
  35. I do not see where to enter my coupon code! - The coupon code is located after you choose your ship choice in check out.
  36. I think i made a mistake on my ship choice, I do not think it is going to reach me in time. What should I do? - You can place a new order with a faster ship method. Then simply follow are online exchange instructions to receive a refund for your hairpieces.
  37. Exchanges on sale items. - NOTICE: If exchanging a item that was on sale when you ordered remember that if its no longer on sale you will be charged full price. No matter how you reorder
  38. I did not receive a tracking number. - Please look at your invoice for the ship method you chose when placing the order. The days that it takes the shipping company to deliver your order is specified. Our processing time is 2 days. If you order 1st class up to a 7 day service and include the 2 day processing you have 9 days not including Sunday. Tracking numbers are not given on 1st class mail. If you did not receive a track number do not worry, if you have a receipt we have your order. Please do not contact us until the time frame you chose for delivery passes. The % is 1 out of 500 orders.
  39. Can I track my order on your web site? No -  Tracking numbers are sent to your email. Please make sure we are on your list. Ship time are approximate as the post office states.
  40. I press add to cart or buy now but it states 0 in cart.  -  This means it has just gone out of stock.
  41. Tax exempt - If you are a school district that is tax exempt you must apply for a discount code for tax before a purchase. We will require a copy of the exempt certificate by email see contact in the menu..
  42. We no longer offer team discounts as of 2018. - 
  43. I think I am missing an item in my received order. What should I do. - Email the order number to us along with what you are missing. Also how many pieces you received. Tell us if the package is damaged.
  44. Do you have my order? - If you received a pop up receipt after pressing process this has your order ID number . Yes we have your order.
  45. We do not accept returns. - 
  46. We do not make personal colors for customers. - Sorry
  47. We always request a 30 day in advance order. - Yes, We ship orders out fast but in case of human error or shipping delays.
  48. You can order a synthetics color ring off the home page. - Human hair Help see the styles page for info.
  49. Do you have my Order? - After you press process order a page will pop up with the order ID number and receipt. This means we have your order. If you do not see this pop up check your cart in the upper right hand corner. If the items are still in your cart we do not have the order. You can also check your bank account as a pending charge will be seen. Otherwise see contact in the menu and email us.
  50. See shipping section in the menu for all ship information. - 
  51. Exchange refunds are processed within 30 Business days. See exchanges in the menu. - 
  52. You will need to email ( see contact in menu) the order ID and cancel the order. This needs to be immediate. - Can I change a order already placed? if its over 20 pieces email us we may be able to help, otherwise you will need to cancel it and start over.
  53. No, Because we can say something is in stock but it may not be by the time you order. Check the items order page for updates.  - Can I email you what I need for stock reasons. Just check that styles page for out of stock items.
  54. Please check you have chosen the correct card and imput the numbers right. If you have tried several cards your bank may feel the chaarge is fruadulent and is blocking it. Call your bank. If you email us have the error code or explain the issue in detail.See contact in the menu to email. The system will block you for 24 hours after you try several times. - Having issues getting my order placed online.
  55. I am from another country that is not on your ship list. - See Menu and payment forms. We ship to Canada other countries need to contact us and pay in bitcoin.
  56. How do I use my coupon code or Gift certificate? - In check out it will ask you for your coupon code thats for GC also.
  57. Help. My coupon code is not working. - Please email the current code you have and your name. See email below.
  58. You will need to order the exchange and pay then just follow the exchange directions. You will be refunded the second order. - I need to make an exchange but used a coupon for the purchase.
  59. Can you hold styles and colors for me?  - We do not hold pieces for customers. We suggest ordering all at once to guarantee stock.
  60. Color chart represent colors only. Not always the style. - Look above the color chart it tells you.
  61. We cannot guarantee a ring at a gym. You have to follow the instructions when matching to a ring. If you order an item from us and a color ring and it does not match we will refund you and exchange the item.  - I matched my hair with my gyms ring and its not correct.
  62. As we state online and you agree to when ordering we do not accept opened items for exchange ever for any reason. - They are in a clear sealed bag. If you need to step outside in daylight to see the color then we suggest doing so.
  63. My color is out of stock. Can I back order it? - No, Sorry- We suggest ordering the close color if you need it soon or see stock section for updates on arrivals .
  64. Daring and Darling are the same color. Typo sorry - 
  65. We ask that you open the package upon arrival do to shipping it may bend in the package or have to be folded to ship. - The sooner you remove it the better. If slightly bent, don't worry just spray it with water and hang straight for as long as you can.
  66. The curl is not the same as it arrived to me. - Press on this link
  67. If you open an incorrect item shipped to you , we cannot accept its return.  - 
  68. Items are checked 3 times before leaving the facility for accuracy and item content and sealed bags n tags. -

TRACKING NUMBERS -  Orders are currently shipping within 1 WEEK. Do not expect a track number before that time frame. 

Check your spam folder for package tracking, You'll receive a tracking number if you gave us the correct address, if you did not please wait a week for delivery. Your credit card will be processed the day the order ships.
We will contact you if there is any issue shipping out your order. Please understand we are in the hairpiece business we are not the postal service, we have no more contact advantage than you do.

If a package is not received within a week of shipment we suggest tracking it on asking for them to text you with updates.We have always suggested a 30 day advance order so you will be sure to have your item before any event.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee color matches done with are ring that you ordered personally, not independently matched at Gyms or other businesses with a ring.
