Please understand that by placing an order with Cheerleaderhairpieces you are agreeing to all policies and terms by checking the I agree box to order. It is your responsibility to read all terms. We only accept orders online. Communications are mostly online.

Note to Canada Customers. USPS has caused us issues getting you your orders. We are working on a solution until it is resolved we will accepting team orders of 20 or more items and shipping by UPS.

To keep cost down as usual on item prices for everyone. We ask you to help yourself to find your answer below to any questions you may have. Most questions in the past 20 years have already been answered. We have a small staff that will be attending to packing & shipping this season , phone calls and emails will be answered within 1 business day . We do not change policies. Thank you for your Help in this matter.
Business office days are Monday - Friday . We are on P.S.T . We are Closed weekends.
Cheer Industry season starts in September in this business. We stock as well as we can but customers change styles and its always an educated guess on production amounts. We suggest you order early season.
We reserve the right to raise prices when needed do to material costs and ship charges and tarriffs.
We accept Visa, master card, Discover. We accept business Checks over 500.00 however you will need to contact us to place an order. Checks are held for 10 days before an order ships. Expect a 2 to 3 week turn around time before shipping. See email at the bottom of this page. SEE POs under policies.

While we strive to keep all styles and colors in stock at times there are delays in manufacturing & shipping. We do not guarantee stock.
Number 1 Question is : Has my order shipped? Representatives do not have access to resent ship records. We send tracking to your email. As listed under the ship section in the menu, Please allow at least 10 mailing days before contacting us. Make sure you have added us to your email list. At times for various reasons you may not receive a tracking number. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you. Thank you
Number 2 Question is: Can I have a team discount. We no-longer give team discounts however we do have coupon codes available that discount an order but you have to read to find them ( example we had a 10% off code on the home page for 1 month), no one used it.
Orders over 500.00 we can offer you 10% off the order ( shipping not included in% ) if you pay by Bank Cashiers check in US dollars. Payable to Cheerleaderhairpieces.com. Orders do not ship until payment is received. If this works for you simply email us ( email is at the bottom of this page)the quantity, style and your team name along with the name that will be on the cashiers check. We will then reply to you with a 10% OFF coupon code and program your team name in the payment area for you to choose in check out. Then after you place the order online send in the check and a copy of the order to (address ) Cheerleaderhairpieces po box 1161 Palo cedro, ca 96073. The pieces will be held for 7 days awaiting your check. After 7 days we may have them or not so send check in immediatly. Please wait until you are ready to place the order before contacting us.
